Courses

The CompTIA A+ certification is a well-known entry level certification on the path to a career in helpdesk or networking. In fact, in many companies, A+ certification (or similar) is a requirement for employment. Our A+ Certification Hardware (220-901) course covers all four domains within the 220-901 exam (hardware and peripherals, mobile device hardware, networking and troubleshooting hardware, and network connectivity issues) and can be used as part of your study material for the CompTIA A+ certification exam of the same name.

Our Troubleshooting Windows course teaches you to install and configure the Windows 7 operating system within a corporate environment. Learn the different methods used to install the operating system on several workstations simultaneously and the process for setting local policies on a workstation (to protect system files and company data). Examine proven industry troubleshooting methodologies for improving quality of service.

Computer networks are the backbone of most companies today. Our Network+ course provides you with an understanding of the seven-layer network model as well as how to use this model to set up a network within a small corporate environment. Learn how to set up switches, routers and encryption devices and how to better use hardware through virtualization.
